The Southern Rag / Folk Roots / fRoots

fRoots is a UK based magazine covering a wide range of folk, roots and world music - as they describe it on their website, from Anglo-trad to Zanzibar pop.

The magazine started life in 1979 as a quarterly The Southern Rag. In 1984 the magazine became a monthly and the title was changed to Folk Roots. This became fRoots in 1999.
