It's is registered on the ASCAP and HFA on-line sites with the writers listed as Latham and Moe. The BMI site gives the writer as David Deibler. Versions credited to Latham and Moe are often called I'm My Own Grandpaw. It also sometimes occurs as I Am My Own Grandpa.
