The song was first released, in two parts, on the Rolling Stones album Their Satanic Majesties Request in 1967. The first part Sing This All Together is the first track on the album. The second part Sing This All Together (See What Happens) closes side A of the original LP. The two parts were reportedly produced from a single 15 minute instrumental take. The lyrics were added at a later stage.
