Notes

There were, briefly, two Scorpio Records based in San Francisco in the mid 1960's. The Grateful Dead recorded this single for the smaller and shorter lived of the two.

The larger of the two companies was an offshoot of Fantasy Records - subsequent Scorpio Records references and the UK release The Scorpio Records Story refer to this larger company and not the Grateful Dead related company.
