Isn't It A Pity was played by Donna Jean & The Tricksters and by the Donna Jean Band.

The song was written by George Harrison in 1966 but it was rejected a number of times when considered for inclusion on Beatles albums. Harrison recorded the song in the summer of 1970 and it was released later that year on a double a-side single and on the All Things Must Pass album. Two versions of the song are included on All Things Must Pass.

(Note that there is also a George and Ira Gershwin song called Isn't It A Pity.)
